Advanced Vein Illumination System MSL-264 Summary
It is non-contact imaging device of subcutaneous vein and belongs to the internal power
supply equipment. It uses the safety cold light, positioning the subcutaneous veins on
the surface of patient’s skin.
Scope of application
MSL-264 Vein Illumination System is mainly applied by the medical staff for observing
and locating patient’s subcutaneous vein in hospitals and clinics.

The expected service life of SureViewTM Vein Illumination System is 5 years. It should be on
a regular basis of cleaning and maintenance in order to get an accurate and reliable result.
Users should check equipment regularly, cleaning and disinfection equipment according to
National medical and health care system in order to ensure clean enough before using.
It is not allowed to put the instrument into any liquid or wet the instrument with liquid in it when
cleaning instrument. It is not allowed to disinfect the instrument by heating or pressing.
The vein finder should be taken off from the stand when cleaning.
It is suggested to use soap-suds or ordinary household disinfectant by soft cloth
( wetting and twist dry) to clean the instrument.
It is not allowed to touch optical components without wearing gloves when cleaning lens.
The optical surface at the bottom of the instrument should use soft and clean lens paper
or lens cloth to clean. Add a few drops of 70% isopropyl alcohol on a lens paper and then
using it to wipe the lens surface slowly along the same direction.
It can be used after cleaning and dry in the air. The solvent should be evaporated evenly
and without any marks. The instrument can be used only after the solvent volatilize and
instrument dry in the air completely.
Please keep the instrument battery full in power. Please don’t charging when the instrument is working.
Restart the instrument when the instrument cannot run under the situation of normal operation.
If the instrument can run after restarting, then it can be used continually. Otherwise, please
contact with the person of after sales service. Dismounting instrument by yourself is forbidden.
Attention and caution
The instrument shows only peripheral vein. It can detect vein within the certain depth of range
according to different symptom of the patients. This instrument doesn’t indicate the depth of the vein.
It may not be able to show the patient’s vein due to serious factors, such as deep vein, bad skin
condition, hair covering, skin scars, serious uneven on the skin surface and obesity patients.
Examining the position of the vein accurately, you should keep the relative position between the
instrument and observed parts. The skin must vertical the axis direction of projection light.
The light of the instrument has certain brightness. You’d better avoid looking directly at the
projection light of working vein finder in case of any uncomfortable.
This instrument belongs to electronicequipment. It may have electromagnetic interference to
nearby electronic equipment and may interference by external electromagnetic signals. Please
stay away from other electronic devices when using it.
It is not allowed to put any goods on the instrument. Don't make the liquid flow into the instrument.
This instrument contributes to find and locate the peripheral vein. It cannot replace visual, touch and
other clinical vein locating method. It can only use as a supplement for professional medical worker’s
vision and touch.
If this instrument is expected not working for a long time, please clean it, package and store it in a
dry and shade place. Please make the battery full of charge before package. Temperature -5℃～40℃，
humidity≤85%，atmospheric pressure 700hPa～1060 hPa. Please avoid placing upside down or heavy load storage.
It is not allowed to break the antenna. The antenna is used as the basis of judge distance of effective &positive projection.
Please moisture proof , keep dry and place upward during transportation. Stacking layer is no more
than three layers. It is strictly prohibited to trample, flop and put on high place.
There is polymer lithium battery in the vein finder and enhancer of the instrument. It is forbidden
to put it into the fire. Don’t throw it away when out of service, please contact with manufacturer for recycling.
Please replace clean non-woven cloth when operation.
Warranty
The warranty of this instrument is 12 months. It is not within the range of warranty, such as equipment damage caused by abnormal use or disassemble privately.
