High frequency electropathy is a good assistant of healing the acnes. The high frequency current could infiltrate into deep skin layer, generate heat, and accelerate the blood circulation, help to absorb the nutrition and expel the waste. The heat could relax the tense nerves, help the dissolvent to infiltrate the skin, and regulate sebum production. It could disinfect and accelerate the wound healing.

1. Direct therapy 
The beautician holds the stick and massage on the face, adjust the intensity. While the ultraviolet light occurs, rotate for 5 minutes. The high frequency current will act on the skin epidermis, generate vibration and heat, and the ozone will kill the bacteria. It could use to treat oily and acne skin. 
2. Salutatory therapy 
Touch the skin with the electrode pipe intermittently, while the pipe leaves the skin, sparks will occur. It could kill the bacteria and diminish inflammation, accelerate the wound healing. Treat for about 30 minutes. If the patient is afraid of the sparks, cover the eyes with towel. This therapy is suitable to cure the acnes on the face.
